Biography:
Mr.
Arsenault has devoted his career to
understanding the opportunities and
challenges in digital telecommunications
from both technological and business
perspectives. His business acumen and
results orientation were instrumental in
the founding and the managing of three
corporations.
As an EVP at Microcell i5, Mr. Arsenault
planned, developed and operated the
largest Canadian GSM Portal providing
mobile interactive services and secure
mCommerce transactions to Fido
subscribers.
At Cescom, Mr. Arsenault was
Vice-President, Corporate Development
and also served as an active board
member. His responsibilities mainly
included closing the corporate financing
and launching Cescom's international
VoIP services in 12 countries.
As the Vice-President and board member
at Cesart International, Mr. Arsenault
was responsible for marketing and
development. He positioned and expanded
Cesart’s business practices, which later
resulted in its acquisition by Telco
giant, BCE.
Today, at Inovacom, Mr. Arsenault
focuses on leveraging wireless operator
assets by bringing together revenue
generator strategies and partnerships
within the mobile ecosystem.
