About the Speaker
Ralph Van Coillie has over 15 years experience in strategic business development, 10 of which have been in the information technology sector. He analyzes, recommends, negotiates and implements large-scale integrated solutions.

A certified professional trainer, he holds a BBA in accounting (CMA) and finance, a major in industrial relations and an MBA in executive management,. Winner of two top entrepreneurial awards, he is a mover and shaker, keen on developmental planning and procedure optimization. A martial arts buff competing at international level, he has amassed 108 competitions in 9 years, combining discipline and determination to ensure successful, positive results.

Mike is a frequent conference speaker and is awaiting publication of his next book, Do It Wrong Quickly, which explains the new way to approach marketing on the Web. Andre Gilbert
created Gestion Infogila Ltd in 1989. This diversified corporation offered turnkey systems for administrative applications, including equipment, networks, off-the-shelf accounting software, in-house software (including rental) and all the accompanying services. It was the leading reseller of Accpac accounting products (largest in the world) for over 4 years in Canada. In 1997, Infogila divested all its operations, except for the Rental Software division and created Orion Software.

About the Speaker
Francois Aubin
is a cognitive ergonomics and usability practitioner. Over the last 18 years, he has designed over 100 systems, performed over 2,000 cognitive task analysis in the field and 2,000 usability testing sessions. 
After completing a B.Sc in Physics, he became interested in interactive systems through contracts with multimedia artists. He completed a Master's Degree in Cognitive Ergonomics at Polytechnique of the University of Montreal. While pursuing his Master Degree, he researched human errors, 3D display, and Usability Principles and guidelines.
In 1994, after 3 years as a practitioner at CRIM, he formed Cognitive Group Inc.

Since 1989, Dr. Liette Monat has been president of Liette Monat Management Strategies Inc., a successful training and management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, client service and business development in the professional and financial services sector.Liette holds a B.A. in Psychology (Sherbrooke University), a M.A. in Counselling (McGill University), an MBA (Les Hautes Études Commerciales in Montréal), and a Ph.D. in Organisational Development from The Fielding Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Her dissertation focused on identifying and understanding the criteria used by corporate clients to evaluate external professional services.
